To give a set of keys to a new homeowner, business owner or investor after the work of finding the right home, working through the bank approval and closing process is a personal reward hard to put into words. Home ownership is still among the highest goals in America and one most of us strive to achieve.
Home ownership can be the basis of contentment, a feeling of safety, prosperity and many other attributes associated with having a roof over your head that is “yours”. With over eight years in the real estate business, I’ve worked with short sales, bank owned properties and difficulties in getting buyers qualified by a bank. Thankfully, most of that stress is in the past.
I’ve enjoyed living in Boise and Star, ID for over 18 years, separated by long stretches where I worked in Dallas, TX, Charleston, SC and Santa Maria, CA. I’ve recently built a new home in the Pinewood Lakes Community in Star, ID where you can still see fields of corn growing nearby.
I have two grown children and four grandchildren who I hope to take camping and fishing here. I hold Master Gardener, Certified Arborist and Landscape Design Certifications which are very helpful when looking at a property for a buyer or seller.
